Students need to pay attention to the rehearsal schedules and be at every rehearsal. Remember that if it becomes impossible for you to be at rehearsal, you must fill out an absence notice two weeks in advance. If you are sick or have an emergency and you cannot attend rehearsal, a phone call should be made to the student director and a form should be filled out below.
CONFLICTS:
All conflicts on the conflict sheet submitted during auditions will be honored. You are allowed two excused absences outside of the pre-arranged conflicts. Illness (out sick for the day, or with an email from your legal guardian) or tutoring are always excused, but you should still submit an absence form.
