Families of students in mainstage productions are required to do volunteer hours (specific hour requirements can be found in the show contract). Please use this volunteer hour list to help plan your hours.
VOLUNTEER HOUR LIST
Money Donation: $50.00 hour
Prop Donation: Based on Board discretion
Case of Water: 5 cases Equals ½ hour
Food (Cooking/buying for entire cast): 3 hours
Serving (set-up/clean-up): 3 hours
Concession: 1.5 per night (before and during intermission)
Backstage/Tech booth: 3 hours
Construction: Per Hour
Chaperoning Trip: Per Hour
Publicity: Per Hour
Other: At Board Discretion
Costume Mending: Major Repairs: 2/3 Hours Minor Repairs: 1 Hour (Board discretion)
